10 percent time
We're about to kick off "10 percent time" in the Tech and Design team at BBC Audio & Music Interactive. Everybody in the time will be spending 10% of their time on their ideas, as long as they've got something to do with our work. It's a bit like Google's 20% time but half as good or twice as efficient or something...
