11:00 – 11:15 – Welcome – What are Labs (Presentation – Matthew Cashmore)
11:15 – 11:30 – Future of FM&T (Presentation with Video – Matthew Cashmore)
11:30 – 11:45 – Future of Vision (Multiplatform Presentation – Jonathan Kingsbury & Matthew Cashmore)
11:45 – 12:00 – The Technology behind the BBC, how is it changing. (Presentation – Ian Forrester, Robin Doran)
12:00 – 12:30 – The Briefs (Presentation and Videos – Matthew Cashmore)
12:30 – 12:45 – Questions (Fielded by Matthew, Jonathan Kingsbury, Ian Forrester and Robin Doran)
12:45 – 13:00 – Afternoon Workshop – information and introduction (Frank Boyd setting up work for lunch)
13:00 – 14:00 – Lunch
14:00 – 14:30 – Feedback on Personas
14:30 – 15:15 – Workshop – Basic Ideas
15:15 – 16:00 – Presentation of ideas and feedback from BBC
