RadioDNS represents a way for broadcasters to provide an enhanced radio listening experience through a new set of internet services, which can be used by any AM, VHF/FM, or DAB radio that also has an internet connection or with internet streaming radio.
This page contains sample code that demonstrates the features and capabilities of RadioDNS.
The RadioVIS sample application demonstrates radio station lookup via DNS and display of an image slideshow and text messages using RadioVIS. For more information, please refer to the article Experiments with RadioDNS on the BBC RAD Labs blog.
The application is written in Python and uses the wxWidgets cross-platform user interface library.
