I have had another go at refreshing my previous idea. The Play, Find, Share panel would be made in flash and would change when you hover over either word. On the right hand side of the screen are customisable panels which may be defined by the user. Other options may be customisable such as colour schemes and layout of the feeds.
In the future the "Play" screen could stream BBC channels or allow the user to watch their favourite programmes.

NB the image has been shrunk and compressed to allow succesful hosting of it.
