Eligibility
1. This competition is open to both UK residents and those living overseas.
2. If you are under the age of 12 you must obtain permission from your parent/guardian before you enter this competition.
3. BBC competitions are not open to employees or contractors of the BBC, any person directly or indirectly involved in the BBC or the running of the competition, or their direct family members.
Your entry
All entries must be submitted using the Application Form which must be completed in full. All entries shall be submitted via a link to a openly accessible web page and you acknowledge that there is nothing confidential in your entry. The web page must remain openly accessible at least for the duration of the competition.
You agree and acknowledge that the BBC may link to your entry from any BBC website. The BBC will simply credit the entry to the name identified by you for the purposes of accreditation in the Application Form.
You must also provide the BBC with your actual name to enter this competition. In the event that your entry is a winning entry the BBC may publish your actual name with your entry. The BBC will only use your personal details for the purposes of administering the competition and identifying the creators of the winning entries. Only one entry will be accepted per person.
By entering this competition you acknowledge that the BBC may develop itself, or may receive from third parties, concepts which are similar to those in your entry. You acknowledge that the BBC may develop any such concepts without infringing your rights in any way. You further acknowledge the BBC’s right to develop and use any concepts and design elements incorporated in your entry, provided the BBC does not copy a substantial part of your entry.
Winning entries
The competition will be judged by a BBC editorial team. The BBC editorial team’s decision shall be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
The BBC shall provide a first prize and 10 runner up prizes. First prize shall be a MacBook Pro and the runner up prize shall be a mp3 player. Prizes must be taken as stated and cannot be transferred. There will be no cash alternatives.
If you contribute a winning entry (i.e. the entry that wins either the first prize or a runner up prize), you agree and acknowledge that the BBC may refer to or reproduce your entry in whole or part on the BBC website and / or in any related BBC publicity material.
If your entry is judged to be the winner of the first prize you further accept and agree:
• The BBC may showcase your entry on the homepage or any other page of bbc.co.uk at a time and on a date to be determined by the BBC.
• The BBC reserves the right to require all source code in relation to your entry to facilitate the showcasing on the BBC website.
• The BBC reserves the right to make any changes it deems necessary to your entry to ensure that it complies with all applicable BBC guidelines and policies.
The winners will be decided on or before 30 June 2006. Winners will be informed by e-mail.
Entrants must supply full details as required and comply with all rules to be eligible for the prizes.
Prizes unclaimed after 28 days will be deemed to have been forfeited and the BBC reserves the right either to offer the prize to the entrant whose name is next drawn at random, or to re-offer the prize in any future competition on the BBC.

The BBC does not accept any responsibility for late or lost entries. Proof of sending is not proof of receipt.
No responsibility is accepted for ineligible entries or entries made fraudulently.
General
The BBC reserves the right to cancel the competition at any stage, if deemed necessary in its opinion, or if circumstances arise outside of its control.
You will be deemed to have accepted these rules and to agree to be bound by them when entering the competition.
You will also be deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by any extra rules that appear on the site where the competition is hosted.
These rules are governed by the laws of England.
